This quote is explaining that lying get you nowhere. Also this quote is explaining how if you lie then you might keep on lying and lying. And if you don't do whats right then you might get stung by the CTW scorpion. Getting stung by a scorpion is going to hurt and you are going to have to go to the hospital. Finally I think this quote is explaining how it is better to not lie because you might catch yourself just lying to people.
