I think this quote is true because sometimes things that are popular aren't always good things but kinda bad things. For example, the tide pod challenge. That challenge is about eating a tide pod. For a while the tide pod challenge became a trend. And people tend to try it, the challenge came out in the news that the challenge was bad. Places where they sell tides pods put an alarm on the tide pods so that no one could open them.
